Sono esclusi dal diritto di recesso gli articoli realizzati su vostre specifiche o chiaramente personalizzati, i beni che rischiano di deteriorarsi o scadere rapidamente (deperibili), gli articoli sigillati per motivi igienici o di tutela della salute e aperti dopo la consegna, nonché le registrazioni audio, video o software sigillate e aperte dopo la consegna — Art. 16 (a), (c), (d), (e), (i) della Direttiva 2011/83/UE.
